BursarSearch is run by David Williams. David was bursar at Charterhouse for eight years and has acted as a Consultant Bursar now to over 20 boarding schools, senior day schools and prep schools.

As a chartered accountant and a serving bursar, he has a detailed understanding of the role of bursar, as well as the ability to recognise in others, the talents which would make them equally successful in the position. He has a valuable track record of engaging non-traditional bursars, of guiding new staff and of ensuring that his placements enhance the standing of the school. He has now recruited bursars for 20 schools.
